Having trained as both an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor and a Holosomatic Breath Facilitator, my sessions can be tailored to your individual needs (unless in a group setting).

Oxygen Advantage® is a science-based breathing technique and training program designed to optimise breathing patterns for better health, performance and resilience. It emphasises nasal breathing, breath control and specific breathing exercises to improve oxygen uptake, enhance endurance, reduce anxiety, support recovery and boost physical and mental wellbeing for all levels - from athletes to anyone seeking better sleep, stress management, energy and focus.

The term 'Holosomatic' merges 'holo' (meaning 'whole' or 'enire') and 'somatic' (pertaining to the body, in contrast with the mind). This breathwork method's core ethos is to achieve a harmonious balance between mind, body, and soul, through a variety of breathing techniques, including pranayama and conscious connected breathing.

You can experience my breathwork sessions in one of the following ways: 

  • 1:1 Coaching (O2 Optimisation & Presence Protocol, in person and online): A customised 6-12 week program designed for your measurable goals (e.g. endurance, focus, sleep quality, emotional regulation). It includes a breathwork assessment in order to create a personalised protocol. All sessions are delivered through a trauma-informed lens, ensuring functional breathing builds resilience gently and prioritises nervous system stability. Advanced tools like altitude training and conscious connected breathwork can be integrated into your personalised protocol, depending on your objectives. 

  • Group workshops (in person and online): This is the perfect entry point if you are new to breathwork. Learn simple science-backed breathing techniques to manage stress, improve sleep, sharpen mental clarity and optimise performance. Check my Eventbrite page (linked below) for my upcoming sessions. 

  • Workplace Resilience & Focus Training: Science-backed workshops designed for teams to reduce stress, improve cognitive focus and boost productivity.
