one-to-one breathwork sessions
Embark on a journey of well-being with personalised breathwork sessions tailored to your needs and goals. I currently offer two types of 1:1 sessions:
Breath Coaching: explore an array of breathing techniques to alleviate stress, overwhelm, and anxiety, promoting a renewed sense of peace, well-being, and positive energy. Includes a comprehensive breathing assessment.
Conscious Connected Breathwork: a transformative breathwork technique, where you will be guided to focus on your breath, maintaining a continuous and connected flow without pausing between inhales and exhales. This intentional and rhythmic breathing is guided consciously, often promoting relaxation, heightened awareness, and a potential release of emotional or physical tension. This practice aims to connect you with your inner self, fostering a sense of presence, calm and focus.
Session Details: Each initial session lasts approximately 120 minutes and includes a thorough consultation and a breathing analysis. I will then guide you through the relevant breathwork techniques. Follow-up sessions are available at 90 or 60 minutes.
